Prepare ingredients.
- 2 , julienned Yellow Onions
- 5 , minced Garlic Cloves
- 4 slices , sliced Raw Bacon Slice

Create Bacon Jam
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook bacon, onions and garlic together with oregano for 25 minutes. Add remainining ingredients and cook for 15 minutes or until reduced.

- 1/4 cup Sherry Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Create Crostinis
Slice baguette. Arrange baguette slices on a sheet pan, drizzle evenly with oil and season with salt. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Season & Bake Brie
Oil a cast iron skillet, pan or baking sheet. Place brie in skillet and season with oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes.

- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
